Shawn is correct, if you would like cPanel or Plesk on your server, we will need to do an OS reinstall. They tie into the OS pretty closely, so for a good, stable system we (any from what I've seen, every other hosting company as well) requires an OS reinstall to install Plesk or cPanel.
