Default BASIC, C, C++, Cobalt and fortran

Which one did you start on, I learned basic with my tape recorder old style computer back in 1984, we used to record our programs on the old tape recorders and play them back, later on (10 years later) I tried to get some classes on basic and C and C++, didn't absorb any of it and I gave up, 2 years later went back to school and got my degree in electronic engineering instead.

My first programming language was C

That was way back on junior high back on the 90s

Later on learned Basic and VB which were so easy to learn, but my all time favorite must be good 'ol C

BASIC on an 8088. I learned from typing in programs from a book, and then figuring out what I typoed and why that broke things.
