Default No more watching movied online, Time Warner Limits usage

I use TW at home for the past 2 years after being on DSL for many years before, my internet access, so far it has been very dependable and fast, unlike the days of @Home if you remember those days, however this news about capping bandwidth is alarming to say the least, I don't know how much I use but I don't like being capped, I like the freedom of unlimited access.
Although its currently being tested in a specific market, chances are that they will eventually end up enforcing this to everyone soon.
With so much content on the web it's hard to set a limit other than physical limits they've already set, but maybe I do want the cap but upgrade me to 1Gbps up and down.
