Sub Domain & DNS?

I've setup a sub domain, and set CNAME and A records for DNS, but I can't access the index page from a browser.

What have I missed?

[Edit] Another dead forum with no responces or activity. :-(

Sorry about the inactivity, we tried to get this forum up and running however it did not appear to be popular and effective.

The best way to contact our support department would be;
1-Call us at 858-974-5080 ext 200 for support.
2-Or to use our LiveChat, found on our homepage.
3-Open a case in your iBizPanel account.
