Configuring mailing list, when adding members to the list, you get a 404 error on web browser, page cannot be displayed, Check the dns settings:
Plesk configures mailing lists to be accessible with lists.DOMAIN.TLD domain. When the Mailman service is enabled for a domain, A DNS record for lists.DOMAIN.TLD is created in the domain zone. However if you use external DNS servers, this record should be added manually to appropriate Name Servers. |

Check to see if mailman is installed of configured by:
If you see no "Mailman" or "Set Up Mailman" button on the Server page in Plesk CP, it means that Mailman is already configured and you do not need to do anything with it. If you are having configuration issues or would like to reset the configuration for mailman altogether do this: Reset Mailman All together First of all try to reconfigure Mailman with Plesk. To do it, remove main Mailman list: # /usr/lib/mailman/bin/rmlist mailman |
